Elena G. PopkovaElena G. Popkova - Doctor of economic sciences, Professor of the Chair “International economics and economic theory”, Volgograd State Technical University. Sphere of scientific interests: economic growth, sustainable development, globalization, humanization of economic growth, developing countries, institutionalization of social development, development planning, and strategic planning. She is a guest editor of International Journal of Educational Management (Great Britain, 2016), European Research Studies Journal (Greece), International Journal of Trade and Global Markets (Switzerland), member of editorial board of International Research Journal of Marketing and Journal of Macroeconomic Dynamics Research, member of editorial board of International Journal of Economic Policy in Emerging Countries, and European Research Studies Journal (Greece), and invited professorat Tomas Bata University at Zlin. She has numerous publications in Russian and foreign peer-reviewed journals.
Yakov A. Sukhodolov – PhD in economics, research officer of the laboratory of regional economic studies of Baikal State University (Irkutsk, Russia). He is the author of 33 scientific works, including 14 articles in journals indexed by the Higher Attestation Commission of the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia, the monograph “Russian-Chinese Foreign Trade Cooperation in the Context of Increase of National Competitiveness” (Novosibirsk: Nauka, 2016 – 200 p.), a study guide “International Economic Relations” (М.: Magistr: INFRA-М, 2013. – 560 p.). Scientific interests: world economy, foreign economic activities, and Russian-Chinese relations.
