The book provides an in depth analyses of the experience and lessons in Chinese energy and emissions reductions policies in a climate change constrained scenario. As China emerges as the world second largest economy and first largest carbon emitter, the country is moving onto a low-carbon development path.

Notă biografică

Professor Jinjun Xue is a low-carbon economist at the University of Nagoya. His recent publications include Low-carbon Economy Theories by World Science Publishers.
Professor Zhongxiu Zhao directs a major research project on Carbon Marketing System in China granted by the Chinese national government.
Professor Yande Dai is the deputy head of the Energy Research Institute at NDRC China. He has lead numerous policy recommendation reports for Chinese energy policymakers.
Dr. Bo Wang’s research interests range from environmental to energy policies. He directs several projects, both from international organizations and the Chinese government, in energy and environment.
