Matthew L. Garrett is Associate Professor of Music Education and Director of the University Center for Innovation in Teaching and Education (UCITE), and Coordinator of Undergraduate Studies in Music Education at Case Western Reserve University.Joshua Palkki is Assistant Associate Professor of Music Education Learning and Teaching and Associate Director of Choral Activities at California State University, Long Beach Arizona State University.
