Notă biografică
Liam FitzPatrick is CEO of Agenda Campaigns and is one of the co-authors of the definitive competency model for internal communicators. He was previously Head of Practice in Internal Communications for Bell Pottinger and has worked both in-house and for major consulting companies, delivering communications programs for clients in different sectors. In recent years his consulting work has concentrated on developing teams of communicators and helping to define professional competencies.
Pamela Mounter is a senior corporate communications consultant with more than 30 years' front line experience, including work in the oil industry, agribusiness, life sciences and not-for-profit sectors. She teaches International PR Practice at Cardiff University and is visiting guest lecturer at Birmingham City University.
