Recenzii

From the reviews:
“The main target of the book is to provide the reader with updated data and knowledge on the latest advances not only in the therapeutic but also in the diagnostic field … . The text will be appreciated by surgeons, radiologists and clinicians, as it represents an important tool in their daily work. It should be a useful, complementary companion to the previous one on acute and chronic pancreatic disease.” (G. Beluffi, La radiologia medica, Vol. 117, 2012)
“The primary goal of this book is to provide an updated text on the multidisciplinary management of pancreatic adenocarcinoma and is suited both for radiologists and clinicians involved in the management of this challenging disease. … Overall this is a compact, well structured, easy to read book that succeeds in providing an up-to-date review on the diagnosis and treatment of pancreatic adenocarcinoma. The images adequately supplement the concise text … . This is a very useful text on pancreatic adenocarcinoma for specialists and non-specialists.” (Zahir Amin, RAD Magazine, August, 2011)
“This book briefly summarizes our current understanding of the epidemiology, pathogenesis, and treatment of pancreatic adenocarcinoma … . book is written by leading European clinicians and intended for any practitioners involved in the diagnosis and treatment of patients with pancreatic adenocarcinoma. … This succinct book imparts a great deal of current information related to imaging of pancreatic adenocarcinoma.” (Parth Amin, Doody’s Review Service, March, 2011)
