Recenzii

From the reviews:
"The book collects the papers presented at the International Conference on On Line Citizenship, held in Venice, Italy, in May 2003. … the book introduces a novel way to look at e-Government issues, more focused on local participation stemming from the experiences of some European cities. Some technical details about the presented projects are discussed, together with interesting political and sociological considerations, thus making the book relevant to a broad audience … ." (Massimo Mecella, Journal of E-Government, Vol. 2 (3), 2005)
