Notă biografică
David Barnes is Head of the Department of Business Information Management and Operations at the University of Westminster Business School in London, UK. Previously, he has held lecturer posts at Royal Holloway University of London, the Open University and Thames Valley University, and has been a Visiting Research Fellow at the University of Cambridge. Prior to academia, he worked for 14 years in the process plant and building products industries in both engineering and line management positions.
