Recenzii
'A growing interest in safety culture in healthcare makes this book a vital read for health professionals and their managers, policy makers and researchers alike. Written by an international team of experts in the field, this is the first comprehensive exploration of the topic. Safety culture is a concept that is eagerly pursued but poorly understood. With chapters covering the definition, measurement and change of safety culture this original contribution will produce a more enlightened reader.' Rebecca Lawton, University of Leeds, UK and Bradford Royal Infirmary, UK ’Given the impending sense of doom which is hanging over the NHS, this book is essential reading not only for those working in or using the health service but for politicians of all political colours.’ RoSPA Occupational Safety and Health Journal, March 2015
