Prospects is a disturbing story of two brothers who live - and rape and kill - in the San Francisco Bay area.

The older brother, Alec, stalks and courts beautiful lonely women with the ultimate intention of taking them to the family farm. Once there, he enjoys them in a way that no other man will ever be able to do, as this will be their last night on earth. Yet he finds he does not enjoy killing the women.

Younger brother George is engaged to be married, but he is also a rapist. When he discovers Alec's secret passion and finds that Alec struggles with actually killing the women, George is more than happy to do it for him after he has spent his own private time alone with them.

The brothers are unable to stop their cycle of rape and murder. Yet they are also wealthy and highly intelligent, so it's a race against time to stop them before they leave the country.



Peter C. Bradbury is an English butler who lives in the San Francisco Bay Area. A resident of the USA since marrying his wife Debbie, he enjoys writing as much as he likes to read, along with golf and soccer. He is also a dog lover and dislikes reality shows that reward dishonesty.

This is his second novel. His first, Stonebridge Manor, was a murder mystery set in an English country mansion. He likes to write in an entertaining way and keep the pages turning for his readers.

A native of England, he still has family there, as well as in Florida and California, and he's retained his accent and humor.

He is currently working on his third novel, which is as yet unnamed, but is going along nicely.
