Recenzii
This is a useful and challenging collection. In many places, it has relevance beyond research into food habits and even beyond applied research into food habits and even beyond applied research, and parts could be usefully employed in general research methods training.A" * Anthropological Notebooks ... represents a chest of intellectual tools for would-be researchers to pick up and use and develop as interest in the topic continues to rise.A" * Sirreadalot.org This book makes an interesting and useful contribution to the somewhat sparse list of texts on the methods of nutritional anthropology.A" * Journal of Human Nutrition and Dietetics
