Even if I read this book for work, I really enjoy it. I’ve been already using the ‘The Golden Circle’ method for 2 years in content writing for many marketing materials and it has been very useful. Now that I read Simon Sinek’s book, I understood even more that this method is related to human behaviour. WHY is the common generator of our lives and we should be able to answer to it in every situation. My favourite quote: ‘We’re looking for people to stand shoulder-to-shoulder with us in pursuit of the same goal. We’re not interested in sitting across a table from each other in pursuit of a sweeter deal.’
