Dr. Ludovit Garzik, MBA, is the managing director of the Austrian Council for Research and Technology Development in Vienna, an autonomous organization which independently advises the Austrian Federal Government on all issues of research, technology, and innovation policy. He is also the managing director of IO Innovation orbit e.U.
