The year is 2102 and through the manipulation of the once powerful and secretive McKay Group a small and relatively unknown cult from the old world called Cykam have survived the Collapse intact and has now become the ruling regime on the mainland of Australia.

In Launceston, the northern city in Tasmania, a twenty year old truce between two rival gangs known as the Blues and Reds and brokered by a charlatan called The Seer, begins to unravel as the knowledge of this mainland power becomes widespread.

The Governor-General Rezaul Dean intimidated by the growing influence of the Professor now sends heavily armed Cykam foot soldiers under the command of the religious zealot Thak Ferguson to the southern island to deal with all of the Islanders and restore the principals of control.
