"With clear, brief explanations and many personal examples [Andrews] helps those new to the case method on their way and provides more experienced case teachers with concise frameworks helpful tips to professionalize their teaching with cases.... What shines through most clearly is Scott’s appreciative eye for the value of emerging insight and the value of playful exploration that he also finds at the core of the case method, which he harnesses by a professional attitude to minding the learning process. His personal style of writing with many anecdotes brings his own experience to the table and challenges his reader to also engage, explore and reflect.
