Notă biografică
Julie Hay has over 30 years experience in industry, government and the public sector and is currently Chief Executive of Training Consultancy AD International. She has been designing and running assessment and development centres since 1979, in organizations as diverse as airlines, insurance companies, local authorities, computer and IT companies and the probation service.
Descriere
A collection of in-tray exercises that include full documentation for participants, assessors and the programme manager for running a range of simulations of varying levels of complexity. Each exercise contains: briefing papers for the participants; background information; items of correspondence, reports, messages and so on, for the participants to deal with; guidelines to help assessors evaluate the actions taken and relate these to the assessment criteria.
