Recenzii

Watts' carefully edited collection of International Law Commission documents will facilitate and encourage greater use of the work of the Commission in both the practice and study of international law. ... valuable reference work, providing a comprehensive account of the work of one of the principal law-making bodies in the international legal order.
Sir Arthur Watts has done a commendable job in bringing together in one place important material put out by this important body ... those interested in the work of the ILC will find it a very useful source of reference indeed.
