Recenzii
As a Judge of both the ICTY and the ICTR, Judge Shahabuddeen was in a unique position to experience first hand the daily trials and tribulations of the work of the Tribunals and the emergence and development of international criminal law, ensuring that the legacy of the Tribunals was credible and legally sound and able to withstand decades, of not centuries, of scrutiny... I commend Judge Shahabuddeens excellent and detailed study of the legal side of the work of the ICTY and ICTR. It is insightful and relevant.
