Joonmo Cho is Professor of Economics at Sungkyunkwan University, Korea. Richard B. Freeman is Professor of Economics at Harvard University. Jaeho Keum is a Researchers at the Korea Labor Institute. Sunwoong Kim is Professor of Economics at University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee.
