65% of us are overweight but 35% of us are lean and trim. Diets are effective in the short run but as a permanent solution they often fail. We are going to take a look at the 35% of us who are lean and trim. We will examine their attitudes, mindsets, lifestyles, their upbringing, experiences, and habits to see how they think so that we can try to adapt how they think to ourselves to see if we can't think like they do about food and its consumption. Hopefully by these changes we can start to look more like they do as well.
