Joseph S. Chen is Professor of Tourism, Hospitality and Event Management at Indiana University (Bloomington), USA. His research centers on tourist behaviors, tourism impacts and sustainable development. He has published articles in top tourism and hospitality journals for decades and been named as a leading tourism/hospitality scholar by peer-viewed journals.
