Aggregation Operators for Various Extensions of Fuzzy Set and Its Applications in Transportation Problems: Studies in Fuzziness and Soft Computing, cartea 399

Autor Akansha Mishra, Amit Kumar
en Limba Engleză Paperback – 20 aug 2021
This book introduces readers to the fundamentals of transportation problems under the fuzzy environment and its extensions. It also discusses the limitations and drawbacks of (1) recently proposed aggregation operators under the fuzzy environment and its various extensions; (2) recently proposed methods for solving transportation problems under the fuzzy environment; and (3) recently proposed methods for solving transportation problems under the intuitionistic fuzzy environment. In turn, the book proposes simplified methods to overcome these limitations.

Recenzii

“The monograph is well written. All the methodological issues are clearly presented and usually illustrated with small numerical examples, that allow to better understand the contents. For that reason, I can recommend this publication in particular for the researchers interested in the area of fuzzy transportation problems, but also fuzzy programing in a wider context of network optimization.” (Marcin Anholcer, zbMATH 1486.90001, 2022)

Notă biografică

Dr. Akansha Mishra received her M.Sc. degree in Mathematics from Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology, Nagpur, Maharashtra, India, in 2015, and her Ph.D. in Mathematics from Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology, Patiala, Punjab, India, in 2019. Her main research interest is in fuzzy optimization.
