Notă biografică
Claudia Erika Gutiérrez Díaz was born in 1971 in Guadalajara (Mexico) into a family of entrepreneurs of a medium-sized business. She graduated in law studies (1990¿1995) and holds a Master Degree in Business Administration (1999¿2001) from the University of Guadalajara. She collected entrepreneurial experience in various institutions. She worked in the family business (1991¿1997), in the Food Industry and Commerce Chamber (1997¿1999) and in an enterprise operating in the food sector (1999¿2000). In 2002 to 2003 she founded a company dealing with dried fruit. At the same time she was also engaged in teaching and researching activities in the University of Guadalajara (2001¿2003). Under the auspices of the DAAD research fellowship she carried out her doctoral studies in the University of Kassel (2006¿2012).
