Christina Schoenberger studied Brewing and Beverage Technology at the Technical University of Munich-Weihenstephan, Germany (1995-1999). Graduate engineer 1999. Diploma thesis work: ¿Solid Phase Extraction as a possible sample preparation for the determination of iso-¿-acids in wort and beer¿. Brewing Internship 2000 in Kyoto/Tokio Japan at the Suntory Brewing Company. From 2000 until september 2003: Doctoral thesis work at the chair for Brewing Technology I (Prof. Back) in Weihenstephan. Thesis: ¿Sensory and analytical characterisation of non-volatile taste compounds in bottom fermented beers¿.Since October 2003 consultant at the german brewers association for technical and governmental issues.
