Joan Lilian Ogendo is Founder & CEO of Emerald-El Jay Management Consultants and a Lecturer in Business Management courses. She holds a PhD and a MBA from the University of Nairobi, Kenya, a Bsc in International Business Administration from the United States International University - Africa, Kenya, a CPA (K) and is a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya.
