Thomas Thakadipuram received his doctorate in Organization Learning and Development from the University of St. Thomas, Minneapolis, MN, USA. He worked as the principal of St. Claret College, Bangalore, India. He authored the book, Leadership Wholeness, Vol 1, A Spiritual Intelligence Model and co-authored the book Ethical Business Cultures in the Emerging Markets, and is currently working as a spiritual coach, pastor, and organization consultant.
