Multidimensional HPLC of Polymers: Springer Laboratory
Autor Harald Pasch, Bernd Trathniggen Limba Engleză Hardback – 26 iun 2013
It is the consequent continuation of "HPLC of Polymers" from 1999 by the same authors. Like its 'predecessor', this book discusses the theoretical background, equipment, experimental procedures and applications for each separation technique, but in contrast treats multi-dimensional and coupled techniques. "Multidimensional HPLC of Polymers" intends to review the state of the art in polymer chromatography and to summarize the developments in the field during the last 15 years. With its tutorial and laboratory manual style it is written for beginners as well as for experienced chromatographers, and will enable its readers (polymer chemists, physicists and material scientists, as well as students of polymer and analytical sciences) to optimize the experimental conditions for their specific separation problems.

Recenzii
From the reviews:
“Multidimensional HPLC of Polymers is a significant contribution to the polymer science textbooks. It addresses a full range of LC techniques with emphasis on interaction chromatography, multidimensional techniques and powerful, selective detectors. The authors are leading experts in this area as is reflected in the very clear content with plenty of useful experimental examples. This book is a helpful resource in polymer laboratories, for material and physical chemistry researcher as well as for students working in analytical sciences.” (Albena Lederer, Analytical and Bioanalytical Chemistry, February, 2014)

Textul de pe ultima copertă
This book presents the principle ideas of combining different analytical techniques in multi-dimensional analysis schemes. It reviews the basic principles and instrumentation of multi-dimensional chromatography and the hyphenation of liquid chromatography with selective spectroscopic detectors and presents experimental protocols for the analysis of complex polymers.

Caracteristici
Being an amendment of the previous textbook ‘HPLC of Polymers’, extending into multidimensional techniques and couplings of chromatographic techniques as well as with other analytical tools, this book is the first comprehensive practice-oriented presentation of hyphenated techniques in polymer HPLC for the analysis of complex synthetic polymers Right in the scope of the series "Springer Laboratory", this book can be used as a textbook or as a lab manual, presenting both important background and concepts as well as laboratory instructions/protocols Discusses the theoretical background, equipment, experimental procedures and applications for each separation technique, enabling polymer chemists, physicists and material scientists, as well as students of polymer and analytical sciences to optimize experimental conditions for their specific separation problem Includes supplementary material: sn.pub/extras
