Derina Holtzhausen is professor and director of the School of Media and Strategic Communications at Oklahoma State University.
Ansgar Zerfass is professor of strategic communication at the University of Leipzig, Germany, and professor in communication and leadership at BI Norwegian Business School, Oslo, Norway.
