She runs mindfulness workshops, courses and retreats, supporting others as they get creative, explore language, write, draw, take photographs and meditate. She has practiced mindfulness in her everyday and creative life for 20 years.

She runs secular mindfulness workshops and courses supporting people to break through blocks, banish their inner critic, and enjoy creativity freely. She is also a practising Buddhist with more than 20 years of mindfulness experience.
