HERWIG KRESSLER has held many appointments in Unilever and prior to his retirement in 1999 was responsible worldwide for top management remuneration, industrial relations, and incident management. He participates in many international bodies and organizations and has been Chairman of the International Human Resource Council. He is currently a member of the Business and Industry Advisory Committee of the OECD and lectures in the Business Faculty at the University of Vienna. Dr Kressler is the author of three books and many professional articles.
