Jonathan Monks has worked as a personal trainer, and a gym and triathlon enthusiast, and studied Astanga Vinyasa yoga for many years, concentrating on the physical element of the discipline. Jonathan teaches his unique form of exercise 'Yogamonks' in London, and trains members of the Royal Shakespeare Company as well as many teachers of yoga and pilates fusion.
