O carte foarte practica, foarte bine scrisa, dar intr-un limbaj accesibil tuturor, cu multe exemple si povestiri inclusiv din viata autorului, care te ajuta in primul rand sa intelegi firea oamenilor si cum sa comunici cu adevarat. Nu este in niciun caz o carte despre manipulare. Exista sfaturi practice pentru a sti cum sa relationezi cu ceilalți pentru o comunicare in adevaratul sens al cuvantului, construind astfel relatii si prietenii.
