Health promotion has to be an integral part of company strategy, in particular in view of demographic changes since the health and well-being of employees are essential for motivation, creativity and flexibility, as well as for the willingness and ability to learn new skills. This guideline focuses on the development of relevant strategies of health promotion and supports HR managers with the relevant processes of integration.
