Markus H. Dahm is a Strategy Consultant in the Inhouse Consulting Practice at IBM Global Business Services. Furthermore, he is Associate Professor at FOM Hochschule für Oekonomie & Management. His special fields of expertise are Strategic Corporate Management, Organizational Change Management and Business Excellence.Maren Waldhaim is a graduate from FOM Hochschule für Oekonomie & Management in Hamburg, She received a Bachelor of International Management (Majors: International Human Resource Management & Logistics) in 2010. Both authors carried out an empirical research about corporate values and motivation factors of the new generation of employees at the FOM Hochschule für Oekonomie & Management.
